Manpuku’s Spring Cherry Blossom Omakase celebrates the season with a $98 per‑person tasting experience designed for two or more guests. The menu opens with refreshing starters, including kimchi cold tofu and edamame, followed by comforting Sakura egg soup and cabbage salad. Our signature garlic fried rice and assorted kimchi lead into the highlight of the course: Kyoto‑style dipping yakiniku (premium US Wagyu), complemented by Japanese A5 chuck rib, US Wagyu short rib, and US Wagyu chuck flap. The meal concludes with a simple ice cream dessert for a clean, satisfying finish. A balanced, seasonal omakase crafted to showcase the best of spring.
