Our A5 Wagyu Omakase offers a full multi‑course dining experience, showcasing the highest quality Wagyu alongside carefully curated accompaniments. The journey begins with an indulgent appetizer selection featuring uni & beef sashimi, seared beef sushi, and A5 Wagyu sukiyaki, followed by our signature Manpuku Japanese salad.
The main course highlights a premium selection of A5 Wagyu cuts including chuck short rib, coulotte, chuck roll, and inner skirt prepared in authentic Japanese BBQ style. Kimchi, A5 umami rice, and egg soup complete the savory portion of the experience, finishing with your choice of vanilla, green tea, or lychee ice cream.
